This study explores the intersection of digital technology and wine tourism in India, focusing on the role of online booking platforms, virtual wine tastings, and mobile applications in shaping visitor experiences. A quantitative survey of 500 wine tourists across major Indian wine regions, including Nashik, Nandi Hills, and Bijapur, reveals how technological tools influence trip planning, engagement levels, satisfaction, and revisit intentions. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses (SPSS v26) indicate that while mobile apps and booking platforms enhance planning and onsite navigation, virtual tastings primarily support brand outreach rather than replace physical visits. The study contributes novel empirical data to Indian tourism literature and offers practical recommendations for wineries, app developers, and tourism policymakers seeking to digitize the wine tourism value chain.
